2012 Deming Winners Experience Sharing Session in New Delhi

JUSE, in cooperation with TQMI-TQM International Pvt. Ltd., is holding the first joint program in New Delhi, featuring 2012 Deming Winners on their journey with their words, which best explains how you actually implement TQM in the organization to make the most of potential power by total participation, from your employees. Dr. Noriaki Kano will lead the session from the view point of examiner to further clarify the benefit of TQM.
